At a certain point, the usual ways of handling things stop working.

From the outside, life can look solid—steady, functional, even successful. But internally, there can be a sense of pressure, disconnection, or unwanted patterns that don’t shift, no matter how much you think them through.

This is where the work begins.

I offer a space that is direct, grounded, and free of judgment—where you can step out of autopilot and start to understand how you actually think, respond, and relate. From there, we begin to shift it.

What This Work Is Really About

I bring over 20 years of experience working with individuals in high-pressure environments, supporting them through stress, transition, and the demands that come with responsibility and expectation. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, along with a background in Exercise and Sport Science, which informs an approach that integrates both mind and body.

My work draws from clinical training, performance psychology, and relational frameworks. I take an attachment orientation that incorporates mindfulness, somatic work, parts-based approaches, and trauma-informed care—not as separate techniques, but as part of a cohesive process that helps you make sense of your internal world and respond differently in real time.

Before moving fully into clinical and coaching work, I spent years in leadership and mentorship roles. That experience shaped how I understand people—not just in theory, but in practice. How they operate under pressure, how they navigate relationships, and where things tend to break down.

This perspective allows us to go beyond surface-level insight.

We focus on:

  • How you manage pressure internally

  • How you show up in relationships

  • Where patterns repeat—and how to interrupt them

  • How to move from awareness into consistent action

Over time, this work leads to something more steady.

  • Clearer thinking.

  • More control in difficult moments.

  • Relationships that feel more honest and secure.

  • A stronger sense of alignment with how you live and who you are.

Not because life becomes easier—but because you relate to it differently.

If you’re at a point where you’re ready for things to feel more clear, grounded, and consistent, this may be a good fit.
